An engaged university rooted in the Greater Paris East region, Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) develops a synergistic approach to its missions of education, research, professional integration, and partnerships.
UPEC promotes interdisciplinary approaches to address societal challenges within its environment. The university has built its institutional strategic plan around three main priorities that guide its actions: it is a university committed to excellence and to all paths to success, an active institution that controls its development and societal impact, and a university open to the world and its diversity.
The Transformation Department at UPEC supports the university’s general management, political team, central service directors, and laboratory directors in designing and implementing the university’s development and transformation strategy. It consists of four units:
1. Steering, Quality & Audit
2. Partnerships
3. Strategy & Major Projects
4. Data Management
